yes definitely! i actually prefer shooting with new faces that aren’t represented, it’s more personal being able to plan a shoot that you’re both happy with rather than never getting to talk to the model until you shoot x

i have protective filters on my lenses just so they don’t get scratched and i only use lens hoods when im shooting in the rain so i don’t get water in them :)

yes, first i select all the pictures i want to blog, then i’ll edit all the colours in lightroom/bridge until i’m happy with them and then i’ll retouch them and then post them.

i just ask them nicely, show them some of my photos and if they say no then i leave them alone.

i use adobe premiere pro. i cut the film together and then i edit the colours with curves (still in the same program) and export it and upload it :)

Do you always work with a team? When did you start working with a whole team? Models tend to think photographers without teams are less professional.

not always, but only because i love some of my shoots to look very natural and be very real. i started working with teams as soon as i started fashion photography.. and still now have shoots where it’s just me and the model - no makeup artist, no stylist, nothing and it’s not unprofessional at all! especially not if that’s the look you’re going for.
